Donating Assets
Please contact us for the opportunity to Donate a physical asset. With a physical asset donation you get the tax benefit of the asset being donated at Fair Market Value without the hassle of selling it yourself. If donating highly apricated assets, the may be tax benefits to avoid capital gains taxes. We accept most assets like Real Estate, Vehicles, Metals and stocks. Please work with a tax professional.

Once you are age 70 1/2 you can donate from your IRA accounts.
